Aspiring Psychological Analyst

I am currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology at Brunel University London. I am interested in the Psychology of sexuality education, menstrual health, and well-being. My research takes a mixed methods approach to better understand how our unique mindsets, personality, and culture impact our relationships with various types of sexual stigma, shame, anxiety, and discomfort. Ultimately, I examine these variables and further explore how they can be better understood on the applied level.

Previously, I spent two years abroad as a secondary education teacher in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I taught a variety of courses including, but not limited to, Psychology, Sexual Health, Career Planning, and Cultural Humanities to students aged thirteen to twenty.

My future career objective is to provide the vast field of human sexuality, reproductive rights, and public policy advocacy with sound and representative research.

“Working with culturally diverse populations has enhanced my passion for connecting with others around the world.”
